These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Planet Web Academy LLC, trading as Planet Academy ("Planet Academy", "we", "us"), the seller and provider of the courses, ebooks and related digital content available on this website (the "Platform"). By accessing, purchasing from or continuing to use the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform. You confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, and where you are acting for an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

All products sold on the Platform are 100% digital — online courses, video lessons, ebooks and templates — delivered instantly to your account after successful payment. No physical items are shipped. We do not guarantee any specific commercial, financial or learning outcome.

Each purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limitations of the content, nor share your account credentials.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not misuse the Platform. In particular you must not use it for unlawful purposes, commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, or probe, scrape or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.

We offer a 30-day satisfied-or-refunded guarantee on every purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see our Refund Policy for how to request one.

All content on the Platform — videos, ebooks, templates, graphics, software and branding — is owned by Planet Web Academy LLC or its instructors and licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, where you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable and lawful we will notify you first and give you an opportunity to remedy the breach. On termination your licence ends immediately; statutory refund rights and our 30-day guarantee are unaffected where they apply. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.

The Platform is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
