How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record for all orders. You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email address you used at checkout.
- Or email support@planetacademy.net from your purchase email address with your order number, and we'll arrange it for you.
Subscriptions and renewals
If you buy a subscription, you can cancel at any time via paddle.net or by contacting us, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase; renewal payments can also be refunded where required by law or at our discretion — just get in touch and we'll look at it fairly.
Fair use
We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the same content, or downloading and redistributing our material. This does not affect your statutory rights.
